Howdy Wholetonians!

By the time you get this email, I will have returned from an amazing time in Nashville, Tennessee with Ty and Charlene Bollinger, along with their family and friends at the annual Truth About Cancer Charity Gala. I was honored to receive a “Lifetime Achievement Award” for my work in frequency healing research. To say that receiving this award was an honor would be an understatement!

I am deeply touched to see that people are beginning to recognize the value of combining specific frequencies with harmonically tuned music. 2018 has been a year of surprises to be sure! Finding out that I was included in the “Eternal Frequency” exhibit at the Chicago Wonder Museum, and debuting on QVC were just a couple of the unexpected blessings I experienced this year. And I am only sharing this news with you because I want you to know that this is a real answer to prayer. And I know that many of you pray for me and Wholetones often…and I truly appreciate it!

As many of you know, Wholetones was “soft launched” on October 24, 2014 in Orlando, Florida. It was a very humble beginning. I rented the Shakespeare Theatre, catered food, hired an event coordinator, and sent invitations. The theatre was packed, every box of Wholetones was empty, and the night was a huge success! Since then, there has been a constant increase of exposure as more and more people learn of the benefits of this amazing music.

Four years later, I can tell you that we have constantly defied the odds by keeping an even keel. One of my favorite sayings is, “slow and steady wins the race.” So many young companies fail because they try to run…before they can walk. At Wholetones, we have chosen to walk…until we can run!

The Wholetones team is the best there is, and we love all of you, and each other. First and foremost, we endeavor to grow organically and our commitment to you, the Wholetonians, is always a priority! We are a small company that does big things…yet, there may be little glitches along the way.

As I have always said, when we have a sale, we have a history of selling out! So, sometimes during an event, it may take a little longer to get your package due to the sudden influx of orders. And occasionally, we run out of an item and it takes us a little extra time to restock.

Hence, precisely the reason we are walking instead of running! We want to make sure ALL of you are taken care of in a timely, professional manner. So I am asking for a favor… be patient with us, grow with us, and realize that these “growing pains” are temporary and part of the process.

I also want to let you know that we have the most amazing customer support team I have ever seen. Our Customer Support Manager, Brandie, is a superstar and will move mountains to get you, my Wholetonians, the help you deserve with your purchases.

So dear friends, thank you for your love, support, and prayers, as we look forward to what 2019 has in store for all of us!

Until next week…

Be Whole,
Michael S. Tyrrell
