Dear Wholetonians,

Thank you for taking the time to read this week’s email. It is definitely “time” sensitive. If you are in the United States, chances are you just turned all of your clocks and watches ahead one hour! “Spring forward,” is my favorite time of the year…it means we are officially entering Spring, and we (sort of) gain an hour of sunshine to boot! I usually view March-June as a season of new beginnings and change. And I truly believe that things are about to turn around for all of us by this Summer. So let’s examine this week’s musing “Stop, Look, and Listen!”

Sometimes, circumstances arise that cause people to overreact. In doing so, they often make irrational decisions based on fear. As an example:  I have a good friend who is a nurse working at an ER that sees 10,000 patients per month. This weekend, she posted that some hysterical patients stole all of the hospitals masks (3,600 masks!) and their entire supply of antimicrobial gel. Now, the doctors, and nurses have no masks to protect themselves as they work to help others!

Operating out of fear and hysteria is not only unwise…it can be dangerous. People have been emptying shelves at Costco and grocery stores, and lining up for gasoline! While I am certainly NOT saying that people shouldn’t use wisdom regarding the coronavirus threat, I AM saying that common sense and practical hygiene (regular hand washing), will go a long way to keep you safe during this season.

Here is a post from another friend, Award-winning, #1 Bestselling author, doctor, and health expert, David Friedman, “Panic is what is devastating the stock market and hurting the economy, not the virus. The world population is 7.2 billion, and 3.2 billion people are at risk for contracting a much deadlier disease–MALARIA! Annually, there are 584,000 deaths from malaria worldwide yet THAT doesn’t make the news or cause any hysteria. The global deaths caused from coronavirus is 3,800 and the entire world is freaking out.”

Here is an eye-opening statistic from the CDC/John Hopkins University.

Dear friends, this is why I am asking you to: Stop, Look, and Listen…before you react!

In a world where “newscasters” report for ratings, not for sharing the truth, I want to be a voice of reason, and bring peace in the midst of the storm. The reason I created Wholetones was for such a time as this! Now is the time to fill your home with calming, soothing, stress busting, frequency based music. Once you are calm, and centered, you can make rational, informed decisions regarding your families health, safety, and well-being.

Check out my quick 5-second stress busting exercise at the top of this page

Haste makes waste; never operate from a place of fear; your faith is para-mount and discernment is priceless!

As always, in times of turmoil and confusion, the best source of clarity is the Holy Scripture. So let’s stop, look and listen to what the Lord has to tell us…

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid.”
John 14:27

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7

“Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name. When he calls to me, I will an-swer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”
Psalm 91: 14-16

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatev-er is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is com-mendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
Philippians 4:8

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my right-eous right hand.”
Isaiah 41:10

My friends, it’s times like these that reveal what we are really made of.  Let faith rise up in your hearts, we will be fine.

Take a deep breath, be wise, be at peace. Stop, look, and listen.

Until next time…

Be Whole,
Michael S. Tyrrell

P.S. Tonight (Tuesday, March 10th) I’m doing a follow-up interview with Doug Hagmann on the Hagmann Report where I will be expanding on the topic above. Please join me LIVE as we talk about more of the above in a presentation tentatively called “Frequency vs. Freaking out.” Watch your email this evening and I’m going to send you a link to the live broadcast!
