Dearest Wholetonians,

It’s Tuesday “muse-day,” and I have something quite personal to share with you this week. But before I do, I want to thank you for your prayers and support, and I love reading your responses and comments on Facebook! Wholetones was, and continues to be, on the cutting edge of breakthroughs related to frequency enhanced music, to help us all live an optimum life.

I am soooo looking forward to getting back into the studio (my happy place) and creating some amazing new Wholetones music in 2020! I also wanted to let you know that our newest device, Wholetones For Pets, is quickly becoming a runaway hit! Even our pets can now benefit from the soothing sounds of Wholetones. Now I would like to share this weeks personal musing, “Stepping Into The Shoes Of The Almighty.”

As most of you know, 2019 was a very difficult year for me, one that caught me off guard to say the least! Beside the personal challenges, the social media “shadow banning” that not only affected Wholetones, but many other health and wellness companies in our space, and inventory issues due to TV appearances, I found myself in a difficult position. The man you know that thrives on peace and faith, found himself stressed and worried.

And my response? I worked way too many hours and did what I promised myself I would never do…stopped doing all of the things that I am wired to do… composing and recording music, going to the gym, and in general, getting out of my office long enough to have a life!

And guess what? In my pursuit to come in and “save” the business side of Wholetones, all I accomplished was… everything got worse. So, a couple of weeks before Christmas, my wife and I both caught a nasty cold (my first in years!). It lasted about 3 weeks. So just after the New Year, I was in the kitchen, and during my prayer time, I asked God, “Wholetones is yours. Why did you take your hand off of it in 2019?” The answer was instant and hit me like a ton of bricks. He said, “I thought you had it?”

How did it happen? I didn’t even realize I had stepped into the shoes of the Almighty…after 5 years of staying out of God’s way. I jumped in and took the reigns only to find out, like Jim Carey in the movie “Bruce Almighty,” that when man tries to step into God’s shoes, he trips, and falls…every time!

My first response after hearing God’s answer was to ask him to forgive me for getting in His way, and operating in fear instead of faith. What happened next was nothing short of amazing. I instantly felt as though a thousand pounds fell off my shoulders. Then some unexpected PR publications came out, including a beautiful article about Wholetones For Pets in our local paper! The opposite of faith is fear, and they can never coexist, either you are faithful and fearless, or you are fearful and faithless…only faith moves God.

So why am I being so vulnerable by sharing this story with you? Simple… because we are family and I am sure that someone reading this musing had the same kind of year that I did. And perhaps responded just as I did…walking in fear and overworking yourself because you thought it was up to you to fix the problem.

Yes dear friends, all of us can get in God’s way without even knowing we are doing it! So the good news is, you can turn things around quickly by letting go and getting out of God’s way! No man can fill the shoes of the Almighty. The next step is yours.

Until next time…

Be Whole,
Michael S. Tyrrell

P.S. As part of my renewed commitment to “Give it to God” in 2020, I’m so grateful that I’ll be able to visit the Holy Land this year, and soak in the sights, sounds, and spirit of walking where Jesus walked. Want to come with me? Here are the details…
