Wholetones In the

Group Trip June 2020

Hello loved one,

Michael S. Tyrrell here.  If you know me, you know that Wholetones Healing Frequency Music got its start in a cafe in Jerusalem.  From the beginning in that humble coffee shop came frequency music that has been touching lives and healing spirits in over 100 countries around the world.

In 2020, I’m going back to where it all began: Jerusalem, in the Holy Land of Israel …and I want to take YOU with me.

From June 7th to 15th, 2020, we’ll be traveling to Israel for nine days of walking down the paths and byways that you’ve only read about in the bible, touching the earth and breathing the same air as King David, Ruth, Lazarus, Paul the Apostle, and of course Jesus Christ.

This won’t be a typical “tourist” trip. We’ll be going behind the scenes and digging deeper into scripture, visiting the REAL sites you’ve been reading about all your life.  And we have something special that you won’t experience on any other tour of Israel…on the final night of our tour, we will launch on an ancient boat from the shores of the Sea of Galilee.  Once out on the water, my musical partner Sundui and I will put on an acoustic concert of Wholetones LIVE, playing the Frequencies over the very same water, in the very same spot where Jesus commanded the storm and the waters to BE STILL.  Can you imagine? You’ll be bathed in healing frequencies, sailing on holy waters, present in ancient history.

It’s truly going to be a “bucket list” trip of a lifetime.  I hope and pray you can join me.

Itinerary

DAY 1 - June 7, 2020

Depart Miami, FL for your flight to Tel Aviv, Israel

DAY 2 - June 8

Arrive at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport where you will be met and assisted by your tour representative. Board the bus and we begin our adventure! Drive north along the coastal road to Caesarea, built by Herod the Great. It was here that Peter was imprisoned for two years. Visit the Crusader's fortress and Roman ruins. Stop at Mount Carmel (Muhraka), where Elijah challenged the false prophets. Stop for lunch in a Druze Village before heading to Megiddo in the Valley of Armageddon, an ancient city inhabited continuously for more than five millennia (6000-500B.C.). We visit the museum, see the water system, and an archeological site. Continue for an overview of Nazareth from Mt Precipice, the traditional site of the cliff that an angry mob attempted to throw Jesus off of after his bold proclamation in the Nazareth synagogue. Enter Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation and Nazareth Synagogue. En route to the Sea of Galilee we will pass Cana, the village where Jesus performed the first miracle, turning water into wine. Continue to your hotel for welcome orientation dinner.

Overnight: Galilee

DAY 3 - June 9

After breakfast we will make our way to Tiberias where we will board an ancient “Jesus boat” for a ride on the Sea of Galilee making our way to Ginosar. Here we will visit the Igal Alon Museum which houses the ancient boat from the time of Jesus. Next we will stop to visit Capernaum, the center of Jesus' Ministry in the Galilee, followed by a St. Peter fish lunch right on the shores of the lake. Our next stop will be at Magdala where we will visit a newly uncovered village and synagogue where Jesus most likely preached! A beautiful church has been built on site to commemorate the women of the Bible as well as all women. Proceed to visit the 1,500-Year-Old mosaic which depicts Jesus feeding 5000 people, recently unearthed near the Galilee Sea! Return to your hotel for dinner, followed by a return to the Jesus boat where we will enjoy a wonderful evening Wholetones healing concert right out on the Sea of Galilee! Back to the hotel and overnight.

Overnight: Galilee, Israel

DAY 4 - June 10

Before saying farewell to the Sea of Galilee area, we visit Yardenit - the baptismal site for pilgrims on the Jordan River south of Tiberias. We have an opportunity for vow renewal at this modern location, thought by many to be where John the Baptist baptized Jesus. We continue through the Jordan Valley to Beit- She'an, King Saul's final resting place, with its recently excavated amphitheater and the ruins of Roman Scythopolis. We visit Harod's Spring (Gideon's Spring), where Gideon chose his army of 300 by observing how they drank from the spring (Jg. 7). We follow the Jordan River Valley to Jerusalem. Stop atop Mt Scopus for your first view of the "Golden City". Drive to your hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel

DAY 5 - June 11

After breakfast, we will start the day with a visit to Mount of Olives for an awesome panoramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem and the Golden Gates of the Old City. We will drive or stroll down to the bottom of the mountain to the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed on many occasions and where Jesus was arrested. We proceed by bus across the Kidron Valley, passing the Golden (Eastern) Gate, tombs of Absolom, Zacharias, James and King Jehoshaphat enroute to Mt. Zion. Here we will visit the site of David's tomb and the Upper Room, commemorating where the Last Supper was held and the Holy Spirit Day of Pentecost! From here we will make our way to the St. Stephen's Gate- Lion's Gate where we will retrace the steps of Jesus along the Via Dolorosa (the way of the cross), see the Pool of Bethesda and St. Ann's Church where the acoustics always prompt an A-Capella song or two! We move on to the Judgment Hall of Pilate, hear of those who conspired against Him and are reminded of His brutal beating and humiliation. Our guide will explain the differing opinions on the route that Christ was led. The actual place of crucifixion and burial is a very interesting study. Our climax of the day is the area of Golgotha (place of the skull) and the Garden Tomb where we celebrate the resurrection with communion and a time of praise. Return to hotel.

Dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel

DAY 6 - June 12

After breakfast we will make our way to the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea. We will drive to the Fortress of Masada, here our guide will tell us the heroic story of those that took refuge from the Romans and decided upon their own fates. Afterwards we proceed to Ein Gedi, “Spring of the Goat" an oasis on the western shore of the Dead Sea. Because of its warm climate and abundant supply of water, the site developed a reputation for its fragrant plants and date palm groves. This is where King David hid from Saul and where God defeated the enemies of the Israelites by praise and worship led by King Jehoshaphat. Continue to the Qumran Caves, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Time to "float" in the Dead Sea. Return to Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel

DAY 7 - June 13

After breakfast, we will drive to the City of David. Begin with a 3D film about the history and excavations that have taken place at the site. See Dr. Mazar's Palace Excavation- an impressive structure from the period of the Judean Kings. Then on to the Royal Acropolis and remnants of remarkable homes from the Biblical period. It is time to go underground to see and walk through the water system from the time of David including the discoveries of a Canaanite Fortress. Walking through a newly discovered tunnel we will make our way up to the Southern Wall Excavations. This southern side of the Temple was the main entrance for the common folk, whereas the Priests and Levites had their own entrance from the higher eastern side. Parts of the giant stairs, which led to the Temple Mount from the courtyard have been unearthed along with the purification pools. From here Jesus entered the Temple Mount and drove out the vendors and money exchangers who were exploiting the people. It is also likely that this is the place that Peter stood and preached and where thousands were saved and baptized on the Day of Pentecost. We also visit the 2000 year old street built by Pilate leading to the Temple (newly uncovered). Walk to the Western (Wailing) Wall Plaza and then on to the fascinating Rabbinical Tunnels leading us through the Second Temple era. The tunnel and exhibit give a clear understanding of the amazing construction of the Temple Mount, giant stones, water supply and Roman street where our Lord was led to judgment. Before exiting the tunnel we see the immense cornerstone rejected by the builders. Our final visit of the day will be to the Friends of Zion Heritage Center dedicated to the Christian Community world wide for their unwavering support of the Jewish people and the Jewish Nation throughout time.

Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Michael Tyrrell at the Wailing Wall

DAY 8 - June 14

After breakfast we will take our leave from the city and make our way to the Valley of Ayalon where David slew Goliath. The Philistines were encamped on the south side of the valley and King Saul's forces occupied the hill on the northern side. David slew Goliath in the valley in between. You can even see the stream where David got his rocks/stones. After taking some souvenir rocks we will return to Jerusalem and visit the Israel Museum where Dead Sea Scrolls are on display and the Model of Jerusalem from the time of Jesus. Final visit on our tour will be Yad Vashem, Holocaust Museum & Memorial. Return to the hotel for dinner. Tonight we have our 2nd Wholetones concert in Central Jerusalem right in the midst of hundreds of Israelis at the popular Old Train Station! Back to the hotel for dinner and finish packing for tomorrow morning's transfer to the airport.
